MOTOR HEARSE BURNED

AUCKLAND, This Day. A hearse owned by Messrs. Little and Sons was completely destroyed by fire at Waikumete yesterday. The vehicle, which was valued at £600, was leaving the cemetery, when the engine back-fired and set fire to the woodwork. The hearse was insured for £250 in' the South British ofliee. . "
