CIVIL CASES.

Judgment for plaintiffs by default, with costs, was given in the following undefended civil cases by Mr. W. G. Eiddell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday:—

Thomson £11 17s 6d by 24th February, in default seven days' imprisonment; Eric Odliu to pay George Thompson £12 14s by 2nd March, in default seven days' imprisonment; Alfred Bolton Neighbour to. pay Sarah Amelia Neighbour £22 17s by 10th February, in default twenty-one days' imprisonment.
