THE FIGURES IN DETAIL

Figures dealing with tramway and bus revenue and expenditure during the period, from Ist April, 1926, to oth January, 1927, were presented to the City Council last evening. It was shown that there was a credit balance of £6930 on the working of the tramway system, but that in regard to ljuses there was a loss amounting to £7958. 8
