(United Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 21st January, 11 a.m.) ' | SYDNEY, This Day. ' At a meeting of the ParliamentaryLabour Caucus, the Premier (Mir. J. T. Lang) stated that the Government was concerned over the question of the. constitutionality of the proposed endowment scheme, and that the Attor-ney-General (Mr. M'Tiernan) had gone to- Melbourne to consult constitutional authorities thereon.
The feeling generally amongst Labour members ia that the Bill will be dropped as it cannot legally be applied to the children of workers within th« State who are governed by Federal awards. s~~ "" ~— - • _—
