BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with iir- tho Magistrate's Court yesterday by Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M. For speeding, Foster Brown, Gordon Burt, and Alexander W. Newton were each fined £2.
A, penalty of £1 each was imposed on Arthur N. Grimstone, Laurence Jacobs, Cecil A. Jones, -Alexander Madpherson, and Thomas Wilson, who speeded round the Basin Reserve.
Srnest Edward Parrant, for overloading a lorry, was fined 10s.
