NO MORE F. 0.8. FRUIT.
Mr. H.-'S. Izard, a member of the New Zealand OFruit Control Board, is credited by the Auckland "Star" with the statement that the board has decided to permit no. f.o.b. sales of fruit except through itself. It was" hoped, he said, that the Government would advance 9s per case on shipment of its .guarantee of 11s 6d per case this season. Of this 4s.would go to the grower and the- balance .to expenses. Freight 'charges at Auckland will be 4s 5%d; per case, but if, the fruit; had to be .railed to Wellington it would be 4s 9%d.
