FRUIT EXPORT CONTROL.
Conditions under which the New Zealand fruit for export are gazetted, and specify that the board must advertise freely, publiciy, and also notify tho fruit owner personally. Tho time to be specified In any notice by the board as the time from which the control of the board shall operate shall be not less than thirty days from the last publication of any notice, or from the date when a notice served by post should be delivered in the ordinary course of post, as tho case may be.
