SHANGHAI, 82nd December,
It is reported from Kuling, a health resort in the mountain* adjacent to Kiu-kiang, that the British Consul has advised foreign residents to lea,ve as he is unable to guarantee thfcb safety.
.Kuling is entirely controlle dby sou^ them troops, who openly boast of their intention to take over foreign business houses and residences. Patients in the Community Hospital are being evaluated. It is expected that the other resi' dents will reach Shanghai in a few days.
