A court-martial has been held concorning the Franco-German affray at Germersh'eim, when two French soldiers collided with several Germans, one of whom, Mueller, was killed, and another, Mathes, wounded by shots from the French, The Court acquitted tho French Lieutenant Rpuzicr, and sentenced Mathes to two years' default, and minor sentences were passed on five other Germans,
