Three robbers in Mannheimer's department store at St. .Paul surprised and handcuffed a watchman.. "While they leisurely looted safes, they made him do an hourly round ringing signal boxes, and thus avoiding automatic iilarms. The thieves carried off £.8000 in cash and securities.
