NO OBJECTION RAISED,
The interim injunction granted by the Supreme Court preventing the Wellington City Council from proceeding with the removal of the shrubbery and cabbage trees in Kent terrace on the plea of A. L. Hunt and others, was formally dissolved in the Supreme Court this morning by his Honour Mr. Justice Ostler. Mr. T. L. Martin appeared for the plaintiffs for the injunction, and Mr. J\ O'Shca for the City Council. Mr. O'Shea, said ho understood that the parties on the other side had now no desire to have the proclamation made absolute. He doubted whether it was no essavy to have the injunction formally dissolved.
Finally it was agreed between counsel that "this might be the best course, and, Mr. Martin raising no objections, his Honour dissolved the injunction.
