WIFE'S CLAIM
ALLEGED LOANS TO HUSBAND,
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. A claim for £348 by Catherine Mar. jorie M'Kay against- her husband, Charles M'Kay, was made at the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice M'Gregor. It was alleged by plain tiff that tho money represented loans and advances made by her to.her husband. The parties were married in 1925, and the plaintiff obtained a separation order in Wellington in September last. The defence was a denial of the advances. -_ His Honour and counsel agreed that it was useless to go -any further at this stage owing to the involved nature of the accounts. The wtiolo matter was referred to the registrar to report to tho Court as to what amount, if any, was owed to the plaintiff by the defendant.
