ARBITRATION COURT
FIXTURES FOR WELLINGTON.
The Court of Arbitration—his Honour Mr. Justice Frazer (presiding), Messrs. W. Scott and A. L. Monteith—sat tosday to arrange fixtures for the Wellington sitting. Following are the .dates of hearing of the cases set down:—Wednesday, Bth, Inspector of Awards v. Burns and Co., application for penalty for breach of Apprentice Act; Davenport v. Inspector of Awards, appeal from Magistrate's Court; application for amendment of electrical workers' apprenticeship order. Thursday, metalworkers', assistants' dispute. Friday, compensation cases. Tho drivers' disputes will be taken on Monday next, to be followed by the freezing workers' dispute.
