(United Press Association.—Copyright.)' (Received 6th December, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, sth December. Tho Royal Commission on Thames Bridges unanimously favours preserving Waterloo Bridge, but adapting it to its present needs, as it is admitted that strengthening and widening will be expensive.
