"THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER."
St. Mary's Home should benefit considerably by proceeds from "The Girl Behind the Counter," an amateur performance produced by Mr. David Devitt, the final performance of which was given at the Grand Opera House on Saturday night: Miss Kathryn Murie, Miss Mollie Plimmer, Mr. Jack Cannon, and Mr. R. Charlton did excellent work in their various parts, and Were well .supported by the othei- performers, and all received very beautiful floral tributes and presents at the close of the evening. Mr. Len Barnes was musical director.
