In its' cast are Claire Windsor, Owen Mooi'e, Beit Roach, and Ned Sparks. Owen Moore essays a new type of role as a penniless spendthrift, who is none the less likeable for this failing. Claire Windsor enacts her role with great charm, and Bert Roach contributes moro of his great humorous i work. Screen snapshots, a. New Zealand gazette (Wellington topics)/ a Pathe news, and a comedy comprise the balance of the pictorial fare. The King's Orchestra provides fine music. Members of the New Zealand Boxing Council and the Wellington Boxing Association, as well as a number of prominent citizens, recently accepted the invitation of Mr. Maurice Ralph (representative of Pinnacle Pictures, New Zealand) to witness a private screening at the King's Theatre of the official film of the Dempsey-Tunncy fight, which on Friday is to. be presented to the public,' with daily matinees. It is said to be the finest fight film on record, and one that no lover of boxing can afford to miss. One sees how Tunney brought the ex-champion almost to a state of collapse, and the terrific speed at which Dempsey fought some of the rounds to retrieve lost ground. The film shows every incident of the fight, and contains many other interesting incidents, such as training, building of the stadium, and general arrangements.
