(United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 30th November, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, 29th November. An Armenian shoemaker named Manghikian after a quarrel with hi« wife, beheaded her and was arrested. The police were impressed by th« skilful nature of the job and made inquiries. They found among his posses* sions a letter from General Antremick, who said that he was proud to attest that Manghikian had been attached to the Russian armies and "skilfully, to my knowledge, rendered justice by cxc» cution 364 times."
