OLD BOYS' DAY
Old Boys of AVellington College are reminded of the annual field day with the present pupils, which will take place tomorrow (St. Andrew's Day)_, on the college grounds, commencing at 9.30 a.m. This event, which was inaugurated in 1933 by Mr. M... Barnett, is always a very enjoyable one, and the contests at cricket, tennis, shooting, running, and swimming help to maintain interest, not only in the school, but also in the Old Boys' Association. Last year the attendance at luncheon numbered .180, and 550 - were present at afternoon tea. Old boys are requested to give this outing their whole-hearted support, and to invito their lady friends to join them at afternoon tea.
