NATIVE CHILD KILLED
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WHAKATANE, This Bay. As the result of being frightened by :i motor lorry, a, horse with a dray backed over a cliff near Waimana yesterday, and a nativo girl, four years' oi age, was killed. A native woman who w.ia driving the dray was injured, but not seriously.
