CONSTABLE'S DISMISSAL
THE BOARD OF INQUIRY.
The Board of Inquiry which has been set up by tho Minister of Justice (the Hon. F. J. Eolleston) to hear tho appeal of Constable Harris against his dismissal from the Police Force on a charge t>£ assault will commence its sittings on Tuesday next. The personnel of the board has not been announced, but it is understood that Mr. E. Page, S.M., Mr. J. W. Staples, J.P., and (Superintendent Wohlmann, (of Auckland) have been appointed to act.
