BETTER WEATHER
EARLY IMPROVEMENT EXPECTED
During tho past twenty-four hours cold and changeable weather conditions have been experienced, and Wellington has had its share of the rain. There has been a riso in the barometer, and the indications aro for a further rise within the next twenty-four hours. The weather is likely to bo cold and changeable with passing showers, but an improvement is duo shortly.
