LABOUR PARTY MEETING
Under the'auspices of the Wellington Labour Representation Committee, ft public meeting will be held on Sunday evening next at 8 o'clock," in the New Princess Theatre, Manners street. The speakers will be, Mr..W. E...Parry, M.P., who will speak on the* 'subject of "Is New Zealand's Progress to Depend on the Level of the Backward Nations of the World?", and Mr. J. Thorn, editor of "The New Zealand Worker," who will speak on the British coal "strike,,.with special reference to Mr. Baldwin's Eight-hour Bill. Mr. L. Glover will preside. Doors will open at 7.15, and a cordial invitation to attend is extended to the public-
