FLUCTUATING FRANCS
(Received 7th May, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Cth May. Belgian francs in London fluctuated violently. They opened at 165 to the £, touched 167 15-16, and reacted to 158 J. The movement is attributed to the resignation of the Finance Minister. French francs are quoted at 1564 to the £.
