SERIOUS POSITION IN BELGIUM. (United Press Association.—Copyright) (Router's Telegram.) BRUSSELS, Oth May. A serious financial position has arisen as the result of the depreciation of the franc. A supplementary estimate has been submitted to the Chamber of 1,130,000,000, francs for the 1925 Budget. Tho 1926 Budget must be revised. A loan from the banks on which the Government was counting is now impossible. _ The Minister of the Interior has resigned, disagreeing with tho fiscal policy. The Minister of the Colonies also decided to resign.
