WIND-BLAST AT "WAIKANAE.

OTAKI, This Day. A tornado struck "Waikanae during the gale and completely demolished Mr. "W. H. Field's boat shed and two boats, and a portion of the bush. Timber was carried nearly a mile away and converted into match-wood, while sheetiron was crumpled up like paper.
