ENFORCING PROHIBITION

Correspondence between Washington and London on the subject made publi- discloses that tho idea for tighter restrictions with Great Britain's aid originated with the British authorities, and that the invitation to a conference has been extended as "a proof of the desire of His Majesty's Government to give such assistance" to the American Prohibition agencies "as it is possible to give in the circumstances." Mr. Kellogg said tho American delegation would arrive in London by tho end of May.
