KENDALL STRING QUARTETTE.

To-night, in the Town Hall Concert Chamber, the Kendall String Quartette will give the first of a series of four chamber-music concerts. This celebrated organisation is now engaged!upon a world tour, having come from London, via Ceylon and Java. The leader, Miss Katherine Kendall, prefaces each of the numbers with a few short remarks, which are most helpful in obtaining a true understanding of the works rendered. Altogether a most delightful series of concerts is assured. Among the numbers to be performed this evening are the beautiful Beethoven Quartette, Op. 18, No. 6, and the ever-popular "Nigger" Quartette of Dvorak. The box plans are at The Bristol, where students' concessions may also be obtained.
