TO .QUEENSLAND LABOUR PARTY.
The General Election in Queensland will take place on Saturday. To-day the following message was forwarded to the Queensland Government on behalf of the New Zealand Labour movement: "M'Cormack, Prime Minister, Brisbane. Whole of New Zealand Labour movement wish Queensland Labour Party great victory on Saturday. Confidently expect Queensland workers stand solid behind Government." The cablegram is signed by Messrs. E. Semple and W. Nash, president and secretary of the New Zealand Labour Party; H. B. Holland and P. Frascr, chairman and secretary of the Parliamentary Labour Party; A. Cook and J. Roberts, .president and secretary of the Alliance of Labour; and E. Kennelly and W. Rogorson, president and secretary of the Trades and Labour Councils' federation.
