The 3ank of New Zealand, Produce Department, has received the following advice from its London office, undtir date 2Ctli March:—
"Frozen Msat.—Th« market 13 fairly well supplied with wether mutton, and moderato business has been done. Trades in ewes is alow. The demand for lambs is good, and Is likely to continue. The. market for beef Is stagnant. Wethers, light 6d to 69£ d per lb, heavy 5d to 5%d per lb; ewes, 4d to 5d per lb; lambs, 2's 9^d to 10*, id per lb, B's 9>/>d to lOd per lb, Vi 9, %d to 9%d per lb, seconds 9d to 914 d per lb, Australian 7%d to B>/ 8 d per lb, Argentine 7d to 8d per lb."
