At the annual mooting of the Primary Producers' Union the president, in his annual report, referring to the inception of the Dairy Export Control Act and the successful, launching >f the stabilisation scheme, said that both these important schemes were now working smoothly. Although the stabilisation scheme was only for one year, he was convinced that with the loyal co-operation of all factories it could be made permanent.
