REICHSTAG APPROVES ACTION
STIPULATES FOR GUARANTEES.
(Received 24th March, noon.) V BERLIN, 2'3rd March. The Reiehstag by 259 votes to 141 rejected the German National Party's motion of no-confidence in the Government, including a demand that Germany, withdraw her application for admission to the League. >; « ■'■ • The Beiehstag adopted'the Government parties' motion approving1 the attitude of the Gorman Delegation at Geneva ! and regretting that the. outcome of the Geneva negotiations did not correspond with justifiable German expectations. The motion further declared" that the- Reichstag' expected the Government to obtain speedily guarantees that the promises made-at -Locarno, especially as regarded^the'Occupied Regions, should be fulfilled sis soon as possible in accordance with Germany's, just demands and thus make effective before Germany's entry, into\ the League the agreement reached at Geneva in regard to the maintenance.and continuance of the Locarno policy. .'.- ..[ ■ ■
