WHISKY liUTY INCREASED. (United Press Association. —Copyright) MELBOURNE, 23rd March. The House of Representatives, in discussing the tariff, decided to increase the duty on imported whisky by 5s a gallon, and to ;allowthe present excise of 26s to remain. ■
