PARAMOUNT THEATRE.
First National's latest masterpiece, "The Dark Angel," now showing at the Paramount Theatre each evening, may truly be described as one of the greatest films ever offered.to a Wellington audience. In its dynamic portrayal.of the feffect of war on England, of the righting on the Western Front, and of the aftermath when peace had come to the world and suffering was felt only by those who had lost their dear ones in the great struggle, it achieves dramatic heights. A splendid supporting programme includes a Gaumont Graphic, ' a beautiful scenic, and a "Felix, the Cat" cartoon. The Paramount Solo Orchestra of ten artists plays excellent incidental music.
