KING'S THEATRE.
A wide variety of thrilling moments are a feature of the W'"'anl Ii"ox screen production of John Golden's remarkable stage play, "The Wheel," which is now showing at the King's Theatre. An excellent supporting programme i included. A remarkably thrilling and spectacular outdoor production is to commence next Friday, • entitled "The Calgary Stampede," a well-told tale and thoroughly interesting, affording some of the finest bits of action ever used in a picture in which the predominant tone is outdoor action. Shots showing the stampede of a herd of about 7000 buffalo are decidedly impressive. Part of the action takes place on the Prince of Wales's ranch, which those with good memories will remember having seen in news reels during the Prince's recent, visit to America. Along with its pictorial splendour, "The Calgary Stampede" presents a gripping story of cowpunehers, Royal North-west Mounted Police, love, humour, and the fighting of men.
