FURTHER HEAVY RAIN
FROM DROUGHT TO, FLOOD IN AUSTRALIA.
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) SYDNEY, 22nd March. Heavy tain continues in the South Coast districts, and flood warnings have been issued. Terrific falls have also been experienced in Victoria during the past twenty-four hours. Further heavy rain has fallen at Broken Hill, and has totally averted a water famine. AH the reservoirs are now full. Similar reports havo been received from other drought-stricken areas in New South Wales.
