A CONSTITUTIONAL. CHANGE.

DUNEDIN, ; 22nd March. At the annual meeting of the Ota,go Football Association to-night, the constitution of the body, was changed. Previously the association was composed of delegates from clubs, ..but now Soccer affairs in Dunedin will be controlled by a committee of nine. "
