FOUND DEAD
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DTJNEDIN, This Day. The Roxburgh police advise that Henry E. James, aged 22 yearß, a clerk of the Public' "Works Department at Millers Plat, was found dead at midnight with a bullet wound in his forehead. A revolver was beside him. Indications point to suicide.
