The value of the osmirldlnm field In the Adams Blver district, Tasmania, is indicated by the production figures and values which hare been made available by the Secretary of Mines (Mr. W. A. Prettyman). The total oemlrtdlum won In Tasmania during 1925 was 32850z 12dwt, vaJned at £10*^70. Of this SWOoc worth £M,300, cune from tho Adam* River, and wag 1 won during tho last seven months of the year. It it stated that the mining done so far has not seriously diminished the resources of the field.
