Lisle Scoullar, £49 and £.4 7s 6d costs, and possession of a tenement. A. Thorner (Mr. G. Bwari) defended a claim for £7 10s 7d, made by a storekeeper, Mr. K. E. Baker (Mr. C. E. Scott) for goods supplied. Judgment waa given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with -costs &2 4b.
