CAR NOT UNDER CONTROL

NELSON, 9th February. At an inquest concerning the death of Whare Kitari Bailey, who lost his life in a motor-car accident on 30th January, the Coroner returned a verdict that the deceased was drowned while travelling in a motor-car driven by Reuben Stevens, which ran over the sea wall on Rocks road, and at the time of the accident the car was not under proper control.
