NEW TRIAL ORDERED
(By Tofegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, 9th February. In the Supreme Court to-night the jury was unable to agree in the case of George Bevington Rowe, aged 55, charged with incest. A new trial was ordered to take place next session.
