A COLLISION
DAMAGES AWARDED.
A verdict awarding the plaintiff £66 10s 6d (special damages) and £183 10s (general damages) as the result of injuries received by being run into by a motor-car on the Hutt road was awarded Eobcrt Henry Hurst, steward, of Petone, by the jury in the Supreme Court yesterday. The defendant was Alexander Campbell, of Campbell and Son, contractors. Mr. O. C. Mazengarb appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. C. A. L. Treadwell for the defendant. His Honour the Chief Justice- (Mr. C. P. Skerrett) was on the Bench. ■>
