PARAMOUNT THEATRE.

"The Halfway Girl" is screening to-day at the Paramount Theatre. It _ includes the actual blowing up of a big ship at sea. A tire breaks out aboard, smoke and then flames are seen bursting out through the hatches, and soon the ship is ablaze, with passengers rushing madly to and fro. Doris Kenyon gives an excellent performance, and Lloyd Hughes is thoroughly acceptable opposite. The firul; of a series of Pab Sullivan's "Felix the Cat" cartoons, entitled "Felix Busts into Business/' will also be screened in, addi-tio-i to a splendid supporting programme. A special feature of the programme will be the music of the Paramount Orchestra.
