LONDON, 29th December.
The Army Council has sent a circular to all officers commanding at Home and abroad attaching.a copy of the Communist leaflet, which has been distributed among the troops throughout Britain. The Council characterises the circular as an insult to the moral character, loyalty, a,nd intelligence of the Army, and requests that the letter be communicated to all troops.
