M. Briand has decided to resign unless Cabinet accepts the proposals of the Minister of Finance (M. Doumer).
The Chamber of Deputies is preparing the busiest week in its history, sitting almost continuously discussing provisional estimates and other financial proposals, which must be passed before the year expires.
