In his charge to the Grand Jury at the criminal sessions of t.-hfi Supreme Court, Mr. .Justice Reed said the average of recent sessions throughout New Zealand showed a distinct improvement, arid it was a. matter for congratulation that not a single case was due directly or indirectly to inability to obtain employment, lie referred to motor speeding as largely due to concrete roads, and said something would have to be done in the matter. ;
