After a beautiful, clear, starry night and a promising early morning, the sky clouded over, with the threat of another southerly Inter. This developed as the morning passed with light showers, blown by a chilly breeze. The day turned out cold and overcast, and there is promise of worse to follow. The weather proved unpropiciotis for holiday-mri.lo.TS ant! patrons of various sporting events, fncluding the races at Tronthiini.
