LONDON, 28th August.

Flying Officer Butlin and Pilot Officers De Robeck and Peck were killed while engaged in fighting manoeuvres. When a thousand feet up two aeroplanes collisioned, and fell headlong. One machine was ascending steeply and struck the second beneSth a wing, and then immediately nose-dived. The second aeroplane appeared to recover, and was gliding earthwards when it suddenly crumpled up.
