(By Telegraph from "Vedette.") Heavy rain at Wanganui had made the tracks very holding for training operations yesterday morning. Dlaok Cat had Dubious for a mate in a gallop over five furlongs, which took lmin 11 4-s»ec.

L. O'DonnellV Kilbirnie colts from Glen Helen and Peronilla were sprinted half a mile, which took 54 2-ssec.
