MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Polico and summons cases were- dealt with at* the Magistrate's Court this morning by Mr. C. K. On- Walker, S.M. Two first-offending inebriates were cac-h fined 6s, in default 24 hours' imprisonment. For wrongly using a. car in the street with demonstration number attached, the Dominion Motors, Ltd., were fined £3. On a charge of selling adulterated milk, Paul Olsen was fined £3. For selling milk containing dirt, Osmond Disley was fined £3. On a charge of driving without a driver's license, Thomas Francis Uailey was fined £2. He was convicted aud discharged for driving negligently and for failing to slop after an accident. The Magistrate ordered that, in view of special circumstances, defendant bo forbidden to obtain n rimer's licen'o urji.il after 21st M.-m-h. J526. DHvinc; without n license cost James Stellin £1 aud 'SVibon Dowries £2.
